Trilby guides you through gentle stretches to clean out tightness in your hips, create space in your upper body, and unstick your shoulders and neck. These moves are all done from a seated position to create a feeling of grounding in your body. Make a choice just for you. You deserve this movement break.
No equipment required but we suggest sitting on a pillow or bolster if sitting cross-legged feels uncomfortable. You can also do this class in a kneeling position or from a chair.
