Amanda guides you through a full body morning activation routine made up of moves she does every morning to gently wake up her body and prepare for the day ahead. This is a short and sweet class you can build into your own routine, especially on those mornings you are short on time.
Start with feel-good t-spine foam rolling to iron out any tight spots, before introducing spinal rolling, downward dog, sphinx, pyramid, glute activation work, and finishing with a forward fold. In this class, Amanda emphasizes exploratory movements, and adds gentle swaying and rocking motions to static poses that help to release tightness and will leave you feeling refreshed in your body.
Suggested equipment: Foam Roller.
