Your spinal health is vital to moving with freedom — it is the support structure for your body. This class will give you a new sense of connection to your spine. Lydia guides you through a gentle and intentional series of movements, mostly done on your belly. This can be a vulnerable position to be in, so be tender with yourself. You'll move through variations of leg lifts, sphinx, and twists to create flexion, extension, and rotation through your spine.
