2m 24s
Starting from your stance, start with your Rear Roundhouse Kick. This form is similar to a Read Middle kick: go up on the ball of your lead foot, turning your lead leg outwards, then throw out your rear leg aiming for the head. Keep your weight shifted forward and use the full rotation of your hips and upper body to kick up and around. The top of your foot should contact the outside of your opponents head. As you extend your leg out in this kick, imagine you are striking through your target for maximum power. Remember, maintain your guard up with one fist protecting your face.
