Lydia calls this practice ‘Skylight’ because it creates a bright, spacious feeling in your neck and shoulders. This short class uses a wall as a prop for deep and soothing release. You'll begin with some cactus arm stretches and neck and shoulder rolls before moving to the wall. Lydia will guide you into rotational stretches to find freedom in your shoulders, chest, and neck. Allow yourself to move slowly, breathe deeply, and feel new sensations. Lydia encourages you to find your way into pleasure and allow the movements to feel good in your body.
No equipment necessary, but you will need to be beside a wall.
